Friendly Faces Volunteer Application Process
Thank you for your interest in becoming a MMS/MHS Friendly Faces Volunteer. Please follow the steps below:
- Download the Volunteer Application Form:
Download Form - Complete the application to be a Level I volunteer. Include your email, phone number, and the group name at the top of page 1. Don’t forget to sign pages 2 and 4.
- Email the completed form to: djohnson@smmusd.org
- Approval: You will be notified via email once approved. This may take up to two weeks.
Reflections Art Program – “I Belong!”
Calling all MMS–MHS student artists! The PTA Reflections Program is here. Students may submit original work in:
- Dance
- Film
- Literature
- Music
- Photography
- Visual Arts
Selected pieces may advance to Council, District, State, and National levels.
