Friendly Faces Volunteer Application Process

Thank you for your interest in becoming a MMS/MHS Friendly Faces Volunteer. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Download the Volunteer Application Form:

  2. Complete the application to be a Level I volunteer. Include your email, phone number, and the group name at the top of page 1. Don’t forget to sign pages 2 and 4.
  3. Email the completed form to: djohnson@smmusd.org

  4. SAVE THE 2025–2026 PTSA MEETING DATES

    9 AM, MHS Parent Center

    Everyone is invited! You don’t need to be a member to attend, but only members can vote.

    All meetings are in the Parent Room (MMS lobby) at 9 AM with coffee & light refreshments. Zoom available:

    • Thursday, November 20, 2025 Join Zoom (room tbd)
    • No Dec meeting
    • Thursday, January 22, 2026 – Join Zoom
    • Thursday, February 26, 2026 – Join Zoom
    • Thursday, March 26, 2026 (PTSA Elections) – Join Zoom
