Supporting a positive and healthy campus culture with friendly volunteer presence.

ABOUT FRIENDLY FACES

Friendly Faces gives parents the opportunity to spend time on our beautiful campus, adding to the already strong adult presence (typically a 1:7 adult:student ratio) to ensure a safe and positive learning environment for our students.

Friendly Faces volunteers walk the campus, and may also help greet, answer phones, check in guests and students at the front desk.  This is primarily a role for middle school parents/caring adults, but the full campus is monitored and all are welcome to volunteer.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:

To volunteer, you must be cleared as Level 1 (as you will be on campus):

FRIENDLY FACES HANDBOOK:

Please read through the handbook prior to volunteering.  A copy is available in the binder as school and you can request a PDF from PTSAmalibu@gmail.com.   While 2 parents are recommended per shift, parents may volunteer on their own and just limit student interaction.
